रायपुर. हैदराबाद से दोपहर 3 बजे उड़ा रैन एयर कंपनी का हेलिकाप्टर लापता हो गया। इसे छत्तीसगढ़ शासन ने किराए पर लिया था। हेलिकाप्टर में पायलट कैप्टन वीपी सिंह को मिलाकर तीन लोग सवार हैं। इसमें एक को-पायलट और एक इंजीनियर है।
जगदलपुर में हेलिकाप्टर की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे आईजी एएन उपाध्याय ने इसके नहीं पहुंचने की पहली सूचना छत्तीसगढ़ के चीफ पायलट कैप्टन डीएस मिश्रा को दी, तब खोजबीन शुरू हुई।
डीजीपी विश्व रंजन ने देर रात बताया कि आंध्रप्रदेश, उड़ीसा और छत्तीसगढ़ के सीमावर्ती थानों को एलर्ट कर दिया गया है। सभी स्थानों पर मूसलाधार बारिश हो रही है, इसलिए हेलिकाप्टर को ढूंढ़ने का काम प्रभावित हुआ है। पुलिस ने लापता हेलिकाप्टर ढूंढ़ने के लिए आंध्रप्रदेश शासन तथा वायुसेना से मदद मांगी है।
खोजबीन सोमवार की सुबह से शुरू हो जाएगी
छत्तीसगढ़ शासन का हेलिकाप्टर खराब होने की वजह से रैन एयर कंपनी का बेल-430 हेलिकाप्टर हायर किया गया। इसे हैदराबाद से शाम 4.30 बजे रिफ्यूलिंग के लिए जगदलपुर पहुंचना था। वहां पुलिस ने क्रू मेंबरों के लिए भोजन की व्यवस्था की थी। वहां से हेलिकाप्टर को रायपुर आना था। हेलिकाप्टर जगदलपुर नहीं पहुंचा, तब आईजी बस्तर ने चीफ पायलट को खबर दी। उन्होंने हैदराबाद में संपर्क किया तो बताया गया कि हेलिकाप्टर कुछ विलंब से उड़ा लेकिन उसके बाद से संपर्क में नहीं है। चीफ पायलट ने कंपनी को हेलिकाप्टर की मिसिंग की सूचना दी तथा यहां पुलिस को इससे अवगत कराया।
डीजीपी तथा बस्तर आईजी ने सीमावर्ती जिलों को हेलिकाप्टर लापता होने की खबर दी। देर रात डीजीपी ने बताया कि आंध्रप्रदेश में खम्मम की पुलिस को भी हेलिकाप्टर नहीं मिला। उड़ीसा से भी अब तक कोई सूचना नहीं मिली है। छत्तीसगढ़ के उन थानों से भी संपर्क किया गया है, जो घने जंगलों में है। वहां से भी कोई खबर नहीं मिली।
मैना हादसे को एक साल
छत्तीसगढ़ शासन का हेलिकाप्टर मैना ठीक एक साल पहले, 14 जुलाई को बालाघाट की माहुरखोदरा पहाड़ियों में दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया था। उस हादसे में हेलिकाप्टर के पायलट और को-पायलट समेत चार लोग मारे गए थे। हेलिकाप्टर भोपाल से रायपुर के निकला था लेकिन खराब मौसम की वजह से माहुरखोदरा की पहाड़ी से जा टकराया था।
फोर्स लैंडिंग का अंदेशा
जिस हवाई मार्ग से हेलिकाप्टर को आना था, वहां मौसम काफी खराब है। माना जा रहा है कि मौसम ज्यादा खराब होने की वजह से पायलट ने हेलिकाप्टर को कहीं उतार लिया होगा तथा बारिश की वजह से संपर्क नहीं हो पाया। फोर्स लैंडिंग की दशा में हेलिकाप्टर के नक्सलियों के कब्जे में चले जाने का भी अंदेशा है क्योंकि पूरा इलाका धुर नक्सल प्रभावित है। बस्तर तथा सीमावर्ती इलाकों की भौगोलिक स्थिति को ध्यान में रखते हुए दुर्घटना की आशंका भी व्यक्त की जा रही है।

TIMES NOW has acquired footage of missing chopper as it was taking off for what later turned into an ill-fated sortie. This even as the family members of the missing crew have begun to lose patience with the authorities. The chopper which made a pitstop in Raipur was enroute to Chattisgarh and on board were Capt V P Singh as chief pilot, R Gaur as co-pilot, Flight Engineer Santosh Kumar and Technician Ashwini Kumar.
The helicopter took off at 3pm on Sunday from Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh. The chopper was to land in Jagdalpur in Chhattisgarh at 4.30 pm for fuel. But around 4pm contact was lost and the helicopter never landed. It went missing along the Andhra Pradesh border which is a hotbed of naxal activity.
Six days on- there are still no leads in the case. A massive hunt has been on- Airforce fighter jets scanning the skies-but authorities are fearing the worst. However, the Home Ministry is still not certain and they haven't detected any naxal activity in the area yet.
The National Remote Sensing Agency (NRSA) has spotted two probable locations in Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh, where the missing Ranbaxy helicopter carrying four persons may have been grounded.
"The agency was approached on Thursday (August 7) by the state government and they had taken aerial photographs of the likely route of the Bell-430 helicopter, which went missing within 90 minutes of its taking off from Hyderabad on Sunday last," a top state government official said.
"The NRSA has identified two probable sites where the missing Ranbaxy helicopter may have been grounded," he said. Forces have been mobilized to ascertain the ground reality, a top home Department official said. "The NRSA report is the only ray of hope for the search party as both the aerial and ground searches have not yielded results to trace the copter," state Aviation Department officials said.
